President Jonathan during his speech on mid-term report at International conference centre in Abuja on Wednesday presented what he called a marking scheme for people to assess his administration.
NSM does not think that Mr President need to present any dossier as we have many yardsticks to rate his 2-year government.It's pertinent that Mr President can't take us to the promised land after the economy has pushed more people out of jobs.
