Matchday 36 will be the decider between Chelsea and Liverpool as the two go headlong in a deadly fight at Anfield,Liverpool.Liverpool host Chelsea at home and they are poised to win.Last week they did it against Man City triumphing 3-2.They are likely to win the League with that win at home or postpone it till May 11 against Newcastle.A win for Liverpool means Chelsea is out of contention and the point gap will be 8 points if today's game is won.However if Chelsea get a narrow win on April 27,2014, it might not just be enough for the Blues.
