Patience Jonathan is well known for her grammatical errors and spelling difficulty but her latest blunders is second to none.On Sunday while addressing officials of Government Girls Secondary School,she went overboard.Even though she was crying to show emotions,it did not cut any ice with Nigerians.She even said at a point that no girl was abducted because of the attitude of governor of Borno state.
Hear her : where are the two teachers that were around during the incident? Ok.God will see us. Prispal (principal)! Na only you waka come? I say the first lady is here to help you find your missing child.Will you sit down? Chei! Chei! God dey o! This blood we are sharing(shedding),this blood we are sharing(sharing)! God dey o! (sobs)
Hmm. And there are countless aides and assistants around her who could have made our national shame an indoor matter.These people are paid from government coffers and yet exposed the burden of Mrs Jonathan on the nation.The president's wife was just speaking any grammar or English that come to her mind in the full glare of the whole world.Was it mandatory for her to speak? Is it not possible for her to use her media spokesperson? She could have discussions later with people concern later.Or could be that she was left alone since oga madam was bent on speaking herself?
For a long time to come,we shall not forget these persistent "presidential grammars." Already there are "Nah Only You Waka Come?" T-shirts and logos.There are many BBM dps on "NOYWC." There is hash #NOYWC?
Please, for those outside of Nigeria,there is no blood sharing in Nigeria,none as far as I know now. However there is massive blood shedding in North Eastern part due to Boko Haram insurgency who are excited by terror .I think the president wife should not talk in public for now. We had enough blunder that can sustain us during her husband' s second term.
